Accessibility Statement

Recharge Group is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We are continuously working to improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards as required by the European Accessibility Act (EAA), effective June 2025.

Customer first

We aim to make our websites, applications, and digital services accessible and usable by as many people as possible. This includes people with visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments. Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and all applicable national regulations under the European Accessibility Act.

What did we do

To ensure accessibility, we have implemented the following measures:

  • Accessibility-by-design integrated into our product development process

  • Regular accessibility audits conducted by internal and external experts

  • Use of semantic HTML and ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes

  • Keyboard navigation support across all interactive elements

  • High contrast modes and text resizing features

  • Closed captions and transcripts for multimedia content

  • Ongoing training for content editors and developers

Currently working on: Compatibility

Our websites are designed to be compatible with:

  • Modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

  • Screen readers such as NVDA, VoiceOver, and JAWS

  • Keyboard-only navigation

  • Assistive technologies supported by major operating systems

Limitations

We are aware that some parts of our websites may not yet be fully accessible. These may include:

  • Some older PDF documents that are not fully tagged for accessibility

  • Third-party tools or content outside of our control

  • Dynamic content that may not yet meet all ARIA recommendations

We are actively working on resolving these issues. In the meantime, we are happy to provide accessible alternatives upon request.
